White-glove estate, marine, and property services for Cape Coral's waterfront homeowners. Membership-led. Quietly excellent. Available by appointment.
Florida's largest canal-front community has more saltwater frontage than Venice. Knowing which docks face west, which boats run late, which neighborhoods read mail to the slip — that's the work. We're building Cape Coral Concierge to do it well, slowly, for a small number of households.
We began Cape Coral Concierge for a small reason and a difficult one: most people who own a home here don't live in it every week. The dock weathers, the boat ages in the slip, the lanai grows quiet, and a houseguest arrives to a residence that does not feel attended to.
So we're building a small, careful operation. One person on your file. One vendor list, one schedule, one number. The boat wiped down the morning before you arrive. The chef knowing what's in the refrigerator because we stocked it.
This is not a marketplace. It is not an app. It is a phone you may text at any reasonable hour, and a name that will answer.
Three small observations from the first months of running Cape Coral Concierge — what the work has taught me about how to keep a Cape Coral residence well.
The dock and the boat. We hear it back from every household — those two things are the difference between a residence that feels attended to and one that does not.
The seasonal homes need photographs. Not reports — photographs. A snowbird in Michigan does not want to read a paragraph; she wants to see the lanai from yesterday and know it is exactly as she left it.
One call. One invoice. One person who answers the phone and already knows the gate code. That is the entire product — the consolidation of a six-vendor life into a single number.
Member testimonials will appear here once we have written permission from the household.
Membership is the front door. À la carte service is available, but members hold priority, lower rates, and a single point of contact who knows the residence.
Some homes need something different. These exist for the family with dogs, and the established homeowner who has earned the right to have everything handled.
Heat, humidity, and hurricane season run June through November — exactly when an empty waterfront home gets into trouble. We put one person on yours every week, with photographs each visit, so nothing is waiting for you when you walk back in.
We walk the home with you and note what matters — the quirky breaker, the plant that needs water, the boat — and set it up for the season.
A full walkthrough, inside and out. You get timestamped photos and a short note the same day — so you can see your home from wherever you are.
We prep before a named storm and check the home as soon as it is safe after. Before you fly back, we open it up, cool it down, and stock the fridge.
No long contract. Cancel anytime. You approve anything we spend before a dollar is spent. Every visit comes with photographs. One missed A/C failure, or a leak left running, can cost more than a whole season of Watch.
The end of a long day, attended to.
Cape Coral · By Appointment
A simple route from inquiry to standing arrangement. Most members are onboarded within seven days.
Cape Coral first, by design. We also serve waterfront homes from Fort Myers Beach to Pine Island when capacity allows. Memberships in the home city are seen first, always.
By appointment in select neighborhoods. We do not take every household.
Most decisions live in the details. If yours isn't here, send a note — every inquiry is read by a founder.
We accept a limited number of members each season. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and recommend someone who is.
All inquiries are read by a founder, not a chatbot. You will hear from us within one business day, often the same afternoon.
